Refund Policy — Rs. 800 Amazon Mastery Course

1 Scope of this Policy

This Refund Policy applies exclusively to the Rs. 800 Amazon Mastery Course (hereinafter referred to as "the Course") offered by DayHom Digital ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). This policy is part of the binding agreement between the Company and the enrolled student ("you", "Student", "Customer") at the time of purchase.

By completing the payment of Rs. 800, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in this Refund Policy in their entirety.

2 General Policy — No Refund

The Course fee of Rs. 800 is strictly non-refundable. Once payment is made, the Student is granted immediate access to course materials, recorded sessions, live classes, support groups, and other digital resources. Owing to the digital and irrevocable nature of this delivery, no refund, cancellation, exchange, or transfer shall be entertained under ordinary circumstances.

The following situations do not qualify for any refund:

• Change of mind, personal availability, or lack of time to attend classes.
• Failure to complete homework, assignments, or required practical tasks.
• Non-attendance of live classes or recorded sessions.
• Failure or unwillingness to follow the prescribed action steps or investment plan.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations not aligned with the stated curriculum.
• Technical issues at the Student's end (internet, device, software, etc.).
• Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.

3 Conditional Partial Refund — Eligibility

A partial refund of the Course fee may be considered solely at the discretion of DayHom Digital, and only if the Student has fulfilled each and every one of the following mandatory conditions over a continuous period of 3 (three) months from the date of enrolment:

• 100% Homework Completion All assigned homework, exercises, and assignments must be submitted in full, within the prescribed deadlines, and verified by the program coaches.
• 100% Class Attendance All scheduled live classes, group sessions, and mandatory training calls must be attended. Watching recordings alone does not qualify as attendance.
• Full Implementation as per Instructions Every action step, product research method, listing strategy, marketing process, and operational task taught in the program must be implemented exactly as instructed — without deviation, modification, or substitution.
• Required Investment Made as Instructed The minimum recommended business investment (inventory, advertisement budget, tools, subscriptions, etc.) must have been made in the manner and timeline prescribed by the program. Documentary proof of expenditure is mandatory.
• No Sales for a Continuous Period of 3 Months Despite the complete and verified execution of all the above conditions, the Student has generated zero qualified sales through the methods taught in the Course, for a continuous period of 90 (ninety) days measured from the date of completing the implementation phase.

4 Refund Application Process

Eligible Students may submit a written refund application after the completion of the 3-month qualifying period and within 15 (fifteen) days of the period ending. Applications received after this 15-day window will not be considered under any circumstance.

Documents Required with the Refund Application:

1. A formal written application stating the reason for refund, addressed to DayHom Digital.
2. Copy of payment receipt / transaction ID of the Rs. 800 Course fee.
3. Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.).
4. Complete record of homework submissions, with dates and coach acknowledgments.
5. Class attendance records for all scheduled sessions over the 3-month period.
6. Screenshots / evidence of full implementation of every taught strategy.
7. Invoices, bank statements, or proof of the prescribed business investment.
8. Amazon Seller Central dashboard screenshots showing zero qualified sales over 90 continuous days.
9. Bank account details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code) for refund processing.
10. A signed declaration confirming the truthfulness of all submitted information.

5 Review & Verification

Upon receipt of a complete refund application, DayHom Digital shall undertake a thorough review and verification process, which may include but is not limited to:

• Independent verification of attendance records and homework submissions.
• Validation of the implementation evidence and business investment proofs.
• Cross-checking of Amazon Seller Central data and sales reports.
• One or more verification calls/interviews with the Student.
• Internal review by the DayHom Digital compliance team.

The verification process may take up to 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receiving a complete application. Incomplete applications, or those with missing/falsified documents, will be rejected outright without further communication.

6 Nature of the Refund

If — and only if — the Student is found fully eligible after the review process, DayHom Digital may, at its sole and absolute discretion, approve a partial refund of the Course fee. Key terms:

• The refund, if approved, shall be partial and not a full refund of Rs. 800.
• The exact refund amount shall be determined by DayHom Digital based on the cost of services already delivered, applicable deductions, payment gateway charges, taxes, and administrative fees.
• The approval of a refund is a privilege, not a right, and is not guaranteed even after meeting all eligibility criteria.
• The decision of DayHom Digital regarding refund eligibility and the refund amount shall be final and binding.

7 Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, the partial refund amount will be processed to the bank account specified in the application within 15 (fifteen) to 30 (thirty) working days from the date of approval. DayHom Digital shall not be held liable for any delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other third-party processors.

8 Disclaimer on Earnings

DayHom Digital does not guarantee any specific earnings, income, sales volume, or business success as a result of enrolling in the Course. The Course provides education, training, strategies, and tools. The outcome depends entirely on the Student's effort, market conditions, capital, execution quality, and several factors beyond the Company's control. The conditional refund offered under this policy is a goodwill measure and shall not be construed as a guarantee of results.

9 Chargebacks & Disputes

By enrolling in the Course, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your bank or payment provider in respect of the Course fee. Any such attempt shall be treated as a violation of this policy and the binding Terms & Conditions, and may result in immediate termination of access, legal action for recovery of dues, blacklisting from future programs, and reporting to relevant authorities.

10 Amendments

DayHom Digital reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version applicable to a Student shall be the one in effect on the date of enrolment. Continued use of the Course or related services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place of business of DayHom Digital. Both parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussions before initiating legal proceedings.
