01The agreement between us
These Terms & Conditions form a binding electronic agreement between you and DAYHOM DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and trading as DayHom Digital, having its registered/principal place of business at 5/219, Purana Kanpur, Kanpur, District Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 208002, India, GSTIN 09AAMCD2477R1ZP.
They are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require any physical or digital signature to be enforceable. You accept them by ticking the acceptance box at checkout, by completing a purchase, or by accessing any program material.
Read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. For AI Seller Secret and DDP, an individual Enrollment Agreement is signed at purchase; where it conflicts with these terms on a commercial matter, the Enrollment Agreement prevails for that enrollment.

05Our services are educational only
DayHom Digital provides education, training, guidance and mentorship. We are not:
- a financial adviser, investment adviser, or provider of any securities or investment service;
- a business, tax, GST, accounting or legal adviser — you must take your own professional advice on those matters;
- an employment or placement agency, and we do not offer or promise any job;
- an agent, partner, reseller or authorised representative of Amazon, and we cannot influence any decision Amazon makes about your account, listings or products.
Nothing in any program is a recommendation to buy or sell any specific product, to spend a particular amount, or to enter any transaction. Every decision you take about your own business is yours alone.
Despite the name, "DayHom Digital Partnership" (DDP) does not create a partnership within the meaning of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, nor any joint venture, agency, franchise or employment relationship between us. It is a mentorship program. We take no ownership of, and no liability for, your business.
06Results and earnings disclaimer
We do not guarantee that you will earn anything.
Results vary from person to person, and many people who buy a course or program earn nothing at all. We make no representation, promise, warranty or guarantee — express or implied — about any income, revenue, profit, sales, ranking, savings or business outcome you may achieve.
Any figure, screenshot, case study, testimonial or example mentioned in our advertising, on this website, or inside any program is an illustration of what a particular person achieved in their particular circumstances. It is not typical, not average, and not a projection of your results.
Ashwin Rajput's own business results are his own. They were achieved over years, in specific market conditions, with his own capital and risk. They are described to explain his experience and are not a representation of what you will achieve.
What you achieve depends on factors largely outside our control — your effort, consistency and skill, the working capital you deploy, the products and categories you choose, your pricing and supply chain, competition, Amazon's policies and algorithm changes, seasonality, and general market conditions.
Selling on Amazon is a commercial business and carries real financial risk, including the risk of losing the money you invest in inventory, advertising and fees. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose. Take independent professional advice before making a significant financial commitment.
No performance guarantee is offered or implied in respect of any program, and no member of our team is authorised to give you one — verbally, on a call, on WhatsApp, or in writing. If anyone tells you otherwise, that statement is not binding on us and we would like to hear about it: write to our Grievance Officer.
07Testimonials, reviews and endorsements
Where we publish a student's name, photograph, testimonial or video, we do so only with that person's express written consent, obtained after the result being described. Consent may be withdrawn by writing to our Grievance Officer, and we will remove the material within a reasonable period.
We aim to represent outcomes truthfully and not to present exceptional cases as typical. Third-party review platforms such as Trustpilot are operated independently of us; we do not control, edit or select which reviews appear there.
If you believe any claim in our advertising is inaccurate or misleading, tell us and we will investigate. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 you may also complain to the Central Consumer Protection Authority.
08Fees, taxes and payment
- Fees for each program are shown on the relevant page or checkout at the time of purchase, and are quoted in Indian Rupees.
- Fees are inclusive/exclusive of GST as stated at checkout. Applicable GST and other taxes are charged at the prevailing rate. A tax invoice will be issued to the details you provide, so please enter your GSTIN before paying if you need input credit — we cannot reissue an invoice with a GSTIN added afterwards where law does not permit it.
- Payments are collected through third-party payment gateways. Their terms apply to the payment transaction and we do not store your full card or UPI credentials.
- Prices change from time to time and promotional pricing is time-limited. A price you saw earlier does not entitle you to that price later, and a later price reduction does not entitle you to a partial refund.
- Where a program fee is payable in instalments, the full fee is due and you must pay each instalment on its due date. Missing an instalment may result in access being paused under clause 17.
- The DDP program fee is for the mentorship program only. It does not include working capital for inventory, advertising spend, Amazon fees, GST registration costs, sourcing costs, shipping, courier, packaging, software or any other cost of running your business. Those are yours to bear and are not part of what you are buying from us.
- You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion or gateway charges levied by your own bank.
09Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, and — for AI Seller Secret and DDP — by the refund clause in the Enrollment Agreement you digitally signed for that specific enrollment. Read both before you buy.
Nothing in these terms or in any Enrollment Agreement limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in respect of a deficiency in service or a misleading representation.
10Your licence, and acceptable use
On payment we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Materials for your own learning and for operating your own business. You may not sublicense, resell or transfer that licence.
You must not:
- share, resell, rent, publish or distribute the Materials, or your login, with or to anyone else — including family, colleagues or a study group;
- record, screen-capture, download or re-stream any live session, call or video except where we expressly permit it;
- upload the Materials to any file-sharing service, Telegram channel, drive link, marketplace or AI training dataset;
- use the Materials to create a competing training, coaching or course product;
- reverse engineer, scrape or bulk-extract any part of our site or learning platform;
- harass, abuse, threaten, defame or spam any member of our team, mentor or fellow participant;
- impersonate DayHom Digital or Ashwin Rajput, or represent yourself as our agent, affiliate or authorised reseller without a written agreement;
- use any part of our services for anything unlawful, or to promote any product prohibited under Indian law or Amazon's policies.
We monitor for credential sharing and unauthorised distribution. Breach of this clause is a material breach: we may terminate your access immediately, without refund, and pursue any remedy available to us including injunctive relief and damages.
11Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the Materials, our brand names, logos, frameworks, prompts, templates, course structure and website content belongs to us or our licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other applicable law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
Amazon, Amazon.in and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Other third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners. Their use on our site is descriptive only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Anything you post in our community remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and moderate it within the community for the purpose of running the program.
12Your responsibilities
You alone are responsible for:
- the decisions you take about your own business, including what to sell, what to pay for it and what to spend on advertising;
- obtaining and maintaining your own Amazon seller account, and complying with Amazon's policies, terms and category requirements at all times;
- your own GST registration, tax filings, invoicing, TDS/TCS obligations, licences, product compliance (including BIS, FSSAI, Legal Metrology and labelling requirements where applicable) and any statutory approvals your products need;
- the quality, safety, legality and authenticity of the products you sell, and any consumer complaint, warranty claim or liability arising from them;
- your own working capital, cash flow and creditworthiness;
- keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out under them.
Account safety. We will never ask for your Amazon password, banking password, OTP or UPI PIN. Do not share them with anyone claiming to be from DayHom Digital. Report any such request to our Grievance Officer at once.
13Scope and limits of mentorship
Mentorship, review calls and community support are advisory. A mentor may review your work, answer questions and suggest an approach. A mentor does not operate your Amazon account, place orders, sign contracts, handle your money, or take responsibility for the outcome of any suggestion.
Where the program describes a number of calls, sessions or a support window, that is the scope of what we owe you. Calls are scheduled by mutual availability within the program term; sessions you miss or do not book within the term are not carried forward or refundable unless your Enrollment Agreement says otherwise. Support is provided during our stated working hours and is not a 24×7 emergency service.
We may substitute a mentor of comparable competence, and may deliver any element of a program through qualified team members rather than the founder personally, except where a program page or Enrollment Agreement expressly commits to sessions with the founder.
14Third-party platforms and dependencies
Our programs are delivered using third-party platforms and depend on third-party services — including Amazon, webinar and video platforms, WhatsApp, email providers, payment gateways and hosting. We do not control those services.
We are not liable for their downtime, policy changes, pricing changes, account suspensions, algorithm changes or discontinuation. Where a platform we rely on becomes unavailable, we will use reasonable efforts to provide an equivalent alternative.
Amazon may suspend, restrict or close a seller account, or remove a listing, for reasons entirely of its own. We cannot prevent that, appeal it on your behalf as of right, or guarantee reinstatement.
15Communications and consent
By providing your mobile number, WhatsApp number or email, you consent to receive service messages related to your enrollment — reminders, joining links, access details, payment confirmations and support replies — including on WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, email and voice call. Service communications are part of delivering what you bought.
You separately consent to promotional messages about our other programs. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP, using an unsubscribe link, or writing to us — without losing service messages for a program you are enrolled in.
Your registration constitutes consent for us to contact you notwithstanding any DND/NCPR registration, to the extent permitted by applicable TRAI regulations, for the purposes described above.
16Conduct and confidentiality
Our community and calls are safe, professional spaces. Discriminatory, abusive, sexually inappropriate, threatening or spam behaviour results in immediate removal without refund. Soliciting other members for your own products, services, MLM or investment schemes is not permitted.
Information shared by other participants about their business — products, suppliers, numbers, strategies — is confidential. Do not screenshot, repost or use it outside the community. This obligation continues after your access ends.
17Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where practicable, if:
- you breach clause 10, 12 or 16, or any other material term;
- a payment fails, is reversed, charged back or an instalment is unpaid;
- you have provided false information or engaged in fraud;
- we are required to do so by law or by a platform we depend on.
Termination for your breach does not entitle you to a refund. You may stop using our services at any time; the effect on fees already paid is governed by the Refund Policy and your Enrollment Agreement.
Clauses 05, 06, 10, 11, 16, 18, 19, 21 and 23 survive termination.
18Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a reasonable-care basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill, data, inventory value, advertising spend or account standing, however arising.
- Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with a program, whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, is limited to the total fees you actually paid us for that program.
- We are not liable for losses caused by your own decisions, your breach of these terms, your non-compliance with Amazon's policies or applicable law, or the acts or omissions of any third party.
- Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory consumer right.
19Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our directors, employees and mentors harmless against any claim, demand, loss, penalty or reasonable legal cost arising from your breach of these terms, your infringement of any third-party right, your unlawful conduct, or any claim relating to the products you sell or the operation of your business.
20Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure or delay caused by an event beyond its reasonable control — including act of God, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike, fire, flood, government action or order, change in law, failure of power or telecommunications, internet or platform outage, or cyber attack. Where such an event prevents us from delivering a live element, we will reschedule it or provide a recording or equivalent alternative.
21Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before commencing any proceeding, please raise your issue with our Grievance Officer under clause 22 and allow us 30 days to resolve it. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.
Your consumer rights are not taken away by this clause. If you are a consumer, nothing here prevents you from approaching the District, State or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including in the place where you reside or work.
