1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

DayHom Digital provides online education services including pre-recorded video courses, live workshops, digital learning materials, community access, and mentorship programs focused on e-commerce, Amazon selling, beauty brand building, and digital marketing. Our courses are delivered through our website and associated platforms.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our courses, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Course Enrollment and Access

• Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to the enrolled course content, subject to these terms.
• Course access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or distribute your login credentials or course materials.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• "Lifetime access" means access for as long as the course remains available on our platform. We commit to providing reasonable advance notice before discontinuing any course.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• You must submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of purchase by emailing contact@dayhomdigital.com.
• You must not have accessed more than 25% of the course content at the time of the refund request.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Workshop tickets (e.g., A5DWS) priced below ₹500 are non-refundable due to their low cost and high delivery value.
• Bundle packages are refundable only if no individual course within the bundle has been accessed beyond 25%.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, templates, graphics, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of DayHom Digital Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws of India. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content
• Record, screen-capture, or download course videos unless explicitly permitted
• Share, resell, or sublicense course materials to any third party
• Use course content for commercial purposes without prior written consent

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. User Conduct

While using our platform and community groups, you agree to:

• Not share course materials, login credentials, or proprietary strategies with non-enrolled individuals
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or disrespectful behavior toward other students, mentors, or staff
• Not post spam, misleading information, or promotional content in community groups without authorization
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or course content

8. Income and Results Disclaimer

Important: The income figures, success stories, and results displayed on our website, social media, and marketing materials represent the achievements of individual students. These results are not typical and are not guaranteed. Individual results vary significantly based on factors including but not limited to:

• Capital investment and risk tolerance

DayHom Digital does not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or business outcome from enrolling in our courses. Our courses provide education and strategies; your success depends on your individual effort and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DayHom Digital Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund. You may request voluntary account deletion by contacting us at contact@dayhomdigital.com.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Copyright Act, 1957. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, India.

12. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DayHom Digital regarding the use of our services.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
